A Deeper Look At Our Program
Empower your junior and high school seniors with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges and thrive in the face of adversity. Our four-week "Thrive: Building Resilience" program is designed to equip young minds with essential skills that foster emotional strength, self-confidence, and adaptability.
Week 1 - Emotional Awareness and Regulation: In this week, participants will learn to identify and understand their emotions. Through interactive activities, they'll develop strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and negative emotions effectively.
Week 2 - Positive Self-Identity and Confidence Building: Boosting self-esteem and cultivating a positive self-image is essential for resilience. Participants will explore their strengths, set empowering goals, and develop a strong sense of self-worth.
Week 3 - Effective Communication and Problem-Solving: Resilience is about navigating challenges head-on. This week focuses on teaching communication skills, conflict resolution, and problem-solving techniques, enabling participants to face difficulties with confidence.
Week 4 - Adaptability and Growth Mindset: Resilience thrives on adaptability. Participants will learn to embrace change and develop a growth mindset. They'll understand that setbacks are opportunities for learning and personal development.

Weekly 90-minute group class online with their cohort to learn skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy that focus on four components: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness skills and how to apply them to daily life.
Equine and Canine-Assisted Group Therapy
Biweekly 90-minute group therapy sessions with a focus to empower your teenagers with a unique journey of healing alongside our gentle equine and canine companions in our specialized group therapy sessions. Through hands-on interactions, teens can develop trust, empathy, and resilience while fostering meaningful connections with both animals and peers.
Support for Parents
Equip yourself for effective parenting during the teenage years through our comprehensive workshops. Gain valuable skills, access expert psychoeducation, and discover a wealth of resources to foster understanding, communication, and a harmonious relationship with your teenager.
Art Therapy Group
Biweekly 60-minute group sessions online with a focus on expressive arts as a means to nurture self-discovery and emotional well-being in your teens. Designed for adolescents, our sessions provide a safe and expressive outlet for them to explore their feelings, build confidence, and connect with peers.
1:1 Life Coaching
Empower your teenager to thrive with our personalized life coaching sessions. Guided by experienced coaches, your teen will build confidence, set meaningful goals, and develop essential skills to navigate life's journey with resilience and purpose.
Resourcing for Families
