Although we have set standard rates, we do offer sliding scale and can provide a superbill(receipt) which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement using out of network benefits.

Initial Intake Evaluation
The initial intake appointment is the first appointment you have with your therapist. This appointment focuses on going over the intake forms that you will complete prior to the appointment. Consider this appointment an assessment, history gathering, and going over your current presenting issues and initial goals for treatment.

Ongoing Therapy Session (45 min)
Beginning your work together post-intake. You and your therapist will determine what you'd like to work on in your ongoing sessions. Some clients come in with a clear goal in mind, while others would like to take it week by week. There is no wrong way to do therapy. You are the driver and in charge of your treatment each step of the way.
