Service Description

Every week is a new skill! We go through the four components of a 20 week curriculum (Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness). You can attend as many or as little as you want to! Standard rate is $50/session. Sliding scale rate is $25/session.
