Service Description

This support group will focus on accountability. Reflecting on how skills were or weren't used and how we can create more optimal conditions to using skills. This is a good option in conjunction with the DBT skills group or if you're just looking for that extra support as you work towards using skills. Up to 10 participants per group session.
