"It feels impossible. I can't seem to catch up. The work is never-ending. They don’t appreciate me. I never seem to feel completely happy anymore."
Are thoughts like these familiar to you? Do you struggle with feeling not good enough or that you're failing to move forward? If you find yourself overwhelmed by issues of work/life balance, burnout, vocational transitions, support at home, caregiving, or interpersonal relationships, I am here to help you find relief.
Through regular sessions, I provide support while navigating the parts of life that feel difficult, confusing, or frustrating. Together, we can work to resolve confusion, build on your strengths, and provide you with a personalized toolbox of skills to help you cope with daily stressors. Through our collaborative work, you can begin to create clarity and balance in your life.
I work from the holistic viewpoint that our entire person, mental, physical, past, and present are deeply connected. I draw from approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Narrative Theory, and a Relational approach to vocational counseling. I have a passion for helping people manage anxiety, depression, and uncertainty around workplace and caregiving issues. Giving yourself the important gift of a space dedicated entirely to addressing your needs may be the first step in gaining ground on the life you desire.
