Get to Know Me
My name is Lillyana, and I look forward to accompanying you on your journey towards wellness. I am a multi-racial Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional in New York and Connecticut. Additionally, I hold out of state tele-health registration and am able to work with clients who reside in Florida. I received my bachelor's degree in Studio Art and Psychology, my master’s in Mental Health Counseling at CUNY Brooklyn College, and I have been working with clients since 2017.
My private practice is primarily tele-health, and women's focused. My aim is to provide you with a warm, empathic, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where you can feel safe to express yourself and heal. I use an integrative therapeutic approach including dialectical behavioral, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and forward facing trauma therapy among other modalities that I believe will be best tailored to your need. Additionally, I place an emphasis on self-care and self-expression through creative outlets.
Life can get difficult, and sometimes a little help from a mental health professional can make things better. I care about your well-being and provide you with the tools you need in order to seize the day, recognize your strengths, process your experiences and improve your day-to-day life.
